Product Introduction
The stacking and packaging system is an automated material handling unit at the end of a continuous production line for sandwich panels (such as PU/PIR, EPS, and rock wool). Its core function is to receive finished panels from the cutting system, automatically collect, layer, and stack (palletize) them according to pre-set specifications and quantities, and finally protectively package them for storage and transportation.
Simply put, it serves as the “terminal station” and “packer” of the entire production process, transforming the continuous flow of panels into organized, protected packages that are easy to lift and transport.
